The main building was the first to be built and has 9 rooms (single, double, triple) and a restaurant where the twin chefs Peraino will fill the guests’ palates with pleasure thanks to their culinary specialities, among the best of the area.

It is situated in the very heart of San Vito Lo Capo, in via Regina Margherita, just a few steps from Piazza Marinella and less than 100 metres from the beach.
Continuously renovated, it has a hall where you can relax watching TV or reading a book and a comfortable outdoor patio to enjoy the nice summer evenings.
The reception is open 24/7 to meet all the needs of the guests.
